To engage with Operations & Maintenance teams at various sites across Oil North, Oil South and Gas to implement material management policies, processes and initiatives at sites. To drive execution of the Materials Management (MM) improvement road map on sites under his/her portfolio. To coach interior Operations & Maintenance teams on C&P and MM processes and practices. To link Operations & Maintenance with C&P in order to understand Materials related specific pain points at each site and focus on resolution.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry preferably in Inventory management or Lean / Process / Operations excellence roles. Proven liaising and interpersonal skills along with an ability to manage roll out of processes, solutions & improvements. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations and manage multiple projects. Experience in coaching and delivering training material. Proficient in the usage of SAP MM & PM modules. Proven capability to manage change, follow up and monitor. Self starter, independent, good communicator.
