الوصف الوظيفي

To authorize, lead, manage and oversee the deployment of Change and Continuous Improvement across the PDO organization, as well as selected supply chain contractors and external government ministries. The role will provide direction, coaching and strategic alignment for all internal value-stream CI Sponsors, CI Leads, and MDC/MDX, as well as supporting the day-to-day cross-organizational functional coaching support of between Senior CCI Coaches. The role aims to support the business in 4 main areas: 1. DELIVER & SUSTAIN RESULTS: To oversee, manage and adjust as necessary, the organizational direction and execution of the Lean/CI deployment, based on the PDO Transformation Map & maturity assessments ultimately managing the link between business results and cross-organizational improvement actions. Develop new standards where gaps are recognized and update existing standards to match the evolving continuous improvement journey. 2. DELIVER & GROW CAPABILITY: Line manage the cross-organizational network of Senior C&CI Coaches and indirectly co-ordinate and support the wider network of CI Leads and CI Coaches across the organization. Ensure organizational standards are being deployed in each of the value streams and assets and provide direct feedback and intervention where required with CI Sponsor and CI Leads. Ensure PDO training and coaching programs are sustainable and effective covering cross-organizational training programs including Lean Practitioner, Lean Manager, Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and other PDO CI offerings. Recognize when they ae no longer fit for purpose and develop new training in line with latest direction, trends & thinking. 3. DELIVER & GROW CI LEADERSHIP & CULTURE: Review organizational progress across all transformational elements with MDC and MDX on a regular basis and provide direction and coaching advice for targeted interventions on both strategic and tactical level. Review progress across each of the value streams and assets as part of quarterly organizational Health Checks and provide organizational updates justify targeted interventions and adjustments. 4. SUPPORT & REPRESENT CCI FUNCTION IN THE BUSINESS: Provide direct feedback and review with other core members of the CCI Functional Leadership Team to maintain deployment effectiveness year-on-year and provide constant alignment to changing organizational priorities. Line Manage and provide coaching and leadership support to functional staff and beyond Represent CCI Function internally across the organization and externally where required. Constantly promote and represent the function at internal events, external events and other through alternative means of communication i.e. Al Fahal, Conference Papers etc.

Minimum bachelor's degree Proven Strategic CI Leader and Executive Coach Minimum 12 Years CI deployment experience across different sectors.
