الوصف الوظيفي

- Support the process of setting up and delivering the annual and long term business plan including the preparation of business unit targets, strategic direction, and major assumptions and constrains. - Analyse the business plan submitted and generating analysis report of company historical and present business plan performance & current business unit requirements. - Support the activities of business risk by liaising between Risk department and business unit team to ensure that all business risks and opportunities are identified and managed in a timely manner. - Ensure linking between the business plan submitted with Performance indicator been set for each unit & the key risk highlighted. - Continuously improve the planning process to optimize time and resource requirements. - Provide single point of interface between the rest of the organisation and Corporate Planning department. - Support the development & setting performance indicators of the company and cascading it down to different levels. - Closely review and monitor the company performance management to ensure that achievement of the Company initiatives & KPI's. - To challenge and validate the progress of departmental performance with responsible managers. - Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work - Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. - Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs. - Any other related tasks as assigned by the Direct Line Manager.

المهارات المطلوبة

. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Finance . Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas. . Excellent English and proven written and verbal communication skills. . Robust interpersonal skills. . Proactive and positive attitude; and able to think in "customer-service" mode.
