الوصف الوظيفي

? Safely operate the facilities during normal operation as well as planned shutdown, start-up and emergency modes using internationally accepted standards, procedures and guidelines.
? Operate equipment in accordance within design and Operating Parameters & approved Standard Operating Procedures
? Ensure CCED’s Control of Work processes are complied with including PTW & Isolations.
? Carry our regular audits: HSE, CoW, Behavioral Based Safety along with others as defined by line management
? Ensue company policies and procedures are adhered to.
? Maintain close communication with control room operator and complete the targets assigned.
? Prepare equipment for maintenance and re- commission after completing the maintenance.
? Responsible for front line maintenance routines
? Complete trip objectives as defined by line manager
? Assist line management in the development and implementation of plans for the optimizing of plant within given constraints and production targets. Identify and instigate system improvement modifications.
? Monitor performance of all facilities and relay information as appropriate.
? Assist and coach colleagues / trainees from own and other disciplines.
? With other team members, define and achieve team performance targets. Identify ideas for continuous improvement.
? Active participation in safety briefings
? Provide quality information concerning aspects of work and equipment to line managers and colleagues, including those who may not have core skills in own discipline.

المهارات المطلوبة

? Diploma in Mechanical or Production, with technical preparation program (TPP) course.
? Minimum of 8 years operator experience in the oil and gas sector.
? Substantial knowledge of all operational aspects of production equipment and control systems developed through operator and team leadership roles and formal training programs.
? A high order of communication skills is demanded, as is the ability to work under pressure, often in isolation.
? Strong commitment towards safety.
