الوصف الوظيفي

• To act as a Company Construction Manager, representing the Company at site & manage construction contractors.
• Manage all Company Project site locations and company Project site representatives.
• Direct, oversee, coordinate and maintain a multidisciplinary construction management team.
• Direct, oversee, and coordinate all construction contractor activities in the field
• Manage the completion of construction activities relating to Projects works in Block 3 & 4 within schedule and in accordance with applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications.
• Manage the interfaces between discipline activities and with other stakeholders, especially planning and integration with Production Operations and Maintenance teams
• Manage construction and quality management handover process throughout the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases. Coach young Omani Construction supervisors.
• Participate in technical and QHSE audits.
• Issue periodic report to the concerned Head Of Projects and Engineering
• Adhere to all HSE standards and specification of CCED.
• Implement all Quality and HSE requirements in all projects site works.
• Responsible to secure flawless and efficient hand-over of the facilities to the company operation team.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Degree in Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum Fifteen (15) years of experience with at least 10 years of experience in the construction management of Oil and Gas facilities.
• Strong ability to manage the timeline of the project to ensure there are no delays. Managing all the stake holders to produce an efficient site.
• Knowledge Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering on oil and gas facilities.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Good leadership, coordination and interface skills.
• Good negotiating and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding & appreciation of other cultures & cross-cultural integration in multifaceted environment.
• Management skills.
• Strong Skill in pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil and gas facilities.
• Foster role clarity, involvement and team spirit to facilitate smooth execution of the project. .
• Strong skills in Construction quality management process and HSE matters applicable to construction facilities.
