HSSE
? Ensure and promoting that all operations are executed in compliance with company procedures, manuals, policies and guidelines ie HSSE is integrated in the procedures, work instructions and execution of our wells activities.
? Ensure Wells Process Safety principles are implemented, identifying and ensuring compliance to Frontline Barrier Management.
? Lead by example in Front Line Safety Leadership, driving and supporting the delivery of our annual safety goals and HSE improvement / action plans.
? Support supervisors in incident investigation of recordable incidents (LTI/TRC) and high -potential near misses.
Top Quartile / Best in Class Delivery
? Work closely with the Wells and Asset teams both in the field-and in the office to make decisions/recommendations including selection and optimization of services, materials, fluid systems, operational techniques, operational efficiencies, cost tracking, and management of project risks.
? Provide input into (draft) well programs, including details around HSSE, well control, equipment, contractors, etc.
? Responsible for championing and supporting delivery of operational business improvement performance initiatives (non-productive time reduction/elimination and driving improved efficiency “closing the gap to the technical limit”) throughout the well delivery process.
? Provide on-site support to supervisors in critical well activities / operations such as Well Control situations and emergency situations.
? Support supervisors in the investigation of critical operational down time events.
? Disseminate best practices and enhance lateral learning amongst CCED supervisors and contractors through active participation in meetings on rigs/hoists/well intervention work units to reduce invisible lost time to close the gap towards technical limit.
? Support supervisors on the assigned work units in the introduction of new technologies to the operation, improve efficiency and remove waste in order to achieve sustained improvements.
People & stakeholder management
? Coordinate and manage all interfaces between the field disciplines involved in hydrocarbon delivery (Drilling/intervention units, HSE, Subsurface disciplines, Civil Engineering, operations Contracts, Contractors,) to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and value of Well Delivery activities; ensure that learning from well construction and maintenance activities is fed back to the relevant parties to drive further optimization of well contracting, well planning and design, civil works, as well as rig hoist & well intervention operations.
? Accountable for outstanding stakeholder management with all internal (e.g. operations, logistics, security, HR etc) and external stakeholders (e.g. Contractors and Service providers etc) in the field and office, leading and the supporting our ‘One Team’ approach.
? Accountable for zero complaints from in- and external stakeholders (e.g. ‘no complaints well handover/hand back with other teams such as Well Intervention, Projects (hook-up) and Operations).
? Responsible for managing the manpower schedule for the field, coordination of material and equipment and serving as a primary interface between engineering and operations.
? Leave relief if- and when required
? Mentor, coach and provide ‘on the job training’ to field staff in development
Contracts/Procurement
? Serve as a focal point for HSSE management with the contractors and the evaluation of service quality in the field.
? Lead discussions with contractors regarding performance, future plans, and deviations needed.
? Manage contractor services in the field in-line with the contracting strategy and the goals of the contract management team. Provide input and suggestions on drilling and service contracts to improve safe and Best In Class performance.

? Must have problem solving and decision making skills.
Qualifications
? Must have a BS degree in engineering.
? Must have at least 10 years of experience in well drilling and intervention skills including but not limited to:-
? Well Engineering Operations Planning and Execution Project Management Skills
? Casing Design planning and execution
? Drill string Design and Directional Plan programming and execution
? Well Control Equipment and Executing Well Control Operations
? Drilling Fluid and Cementing Design planning and execution
? Selection and management of Drilling and Completion Units and Equipment
? Completion and well intervention planning and execution.
? Must have a Valid IWCF Well Control certification.
? Must have very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
