الوصف الوظيفي

• Provide effective and timely field based support to the Exploration and Appraisal Department.
• Daily geological reporting and composite logs.
• QC all field reporting included mud logging, LWD. Directional survey, wireline, coring reporting and other related formation evaluation programs.
• Continue to develop technical skills and expertise in geological and drilling operations.
• Accurate and timely compilation and distribution of all CCED operated well data.
• Develop and maintain Exploration and Subsurface databases, as directed by Exploration & Appraisal director and Geological Operations team lead.
• Dedicated to excellence in CCED HSE policies and procedures.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Degree(s): BSc in Geology or Geophysics. MSc in Geology or Geophysics is preferred.
• Years of Industry Experience: Entry level position from university.
• Expatriate/Omani: Omani
• Permanent/Part Time: Permanent
• Language Skills Requirements: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Professional Skills: Stable, mature, organized and able to handle multiple projects effectively. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidate must be a self-starter that has a positive and “can-do” attitude.
• IT Skills & Expertise Requirements: Very strong Microsoft Office computer skills, including building and maintaining spreadsheets, development and interrogation of databases.
