Have strong customer centric culture when Delivering, in a consistent manner, a wide range of services to all PDO managers and employees including the processing of HR policy transactions, the handling of travel related requirements, and the provision of ‘live' call center services while driving continuous improvement initiatives and effectively managing compliance.
