Work closely with the Snr Recruitment advisor to deliver the function external Recruitment requirements in line with the people capability plan and to achieve it on an annual basis in an efficient and timely manner. Be ahead of their game, confident in their ability, pro-active in resolving challenging situations whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies and employment legislation.

Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management or relevant field CIPD is desirable Minimum 4 years' experience in HR Ideally in recruitment, remuneration, business partnering Bilingual Arabic and English Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
