Ensure implementation ( Design & Delivery) of most effective & relevant learning and development leadership programs for PDO focusing on enhancing the Leadership Capability as well as the Leadership Funnel within the organization. The job requires deep skills in Leadership Development concepts and methodologies including latest market trends and practices. This also includes the delivery of the current PDO Leadership program (LE Program) delivered across the organization.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Minimum 7 years of experience of which at least 5 years in designing, developing & delivering Leadership programs. Recognized regional expert on leadership development High level of demonstrable communication ,facilitation & engagement skills. Experience in developing Leadership concepts and methodologies including knowledge of latest market trends and practices Strong analytics & diagnostics skills including 360 feedback and Personalities Tests. Experience in Coaching.
