Provide the technical leadership and staff mentorship for SAP implementation team. Lead the functional / technical application design, configuration, delivery and support of responsible domain. This entails analysis, architect and design of business processes in their responsible SAP domain and quality review of the functional specs for custom code development.

Energetic professional with at least 7 years experience with proven delivery capability
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Previous Oil & Gas Industry Experience is a plus
SAP support delivery experience
Minimum of 7 Years of SAP Experience in specialized domain
Hands-on involvement in a minimum of 3 Full Cycle SAP Implementations
SAP Certification in specialized SAP Modules is a plus
Technical Skills (configuration, interfaces, testing, data migration, etc.)
Functional Skills (different SAP processes, training, integration, etc.)
Good leadership skills, effective communicator with good influencing skills
Goal oriented with a high degree of achievement drive and initiative and ability to get things done
High analytical ability combined with pragmatic approach to solving problems
Strong knowledge of business processes in specialized domain with good knowledge of other functional areas of EP business
Strong appreciation and knowledge of integration aspects
Aware of latest industry tools and technological trends
Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed implementation level
Open personality, organization skills and delivery-oriented
Good management, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Service oriented and customer focussed
Decisive and able to act promptly and confidently using sound judgment and common sense
Good change management skills
