Drive System engineering management and transformation across the organization and provide best in class solution and support, to achieve highest business uptime

Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum 7 years' experience A minimum of 7 years' experience in Windows servers environment and Microsoft Active Directory. A minimum of 7 years' experience in Windows Systems Engineering, installation, deployment, configuration, operations and maintenance, 2 years of which must involve IT infrastructure planning and management Knowledge of all Microsoft hosting services with a strong bias in the area of operational IT security and change management. Strong understanding of ICT preventative security measures eg. Anti virus and CERT. Understanding of production engineering in an Oil & Gas company. Working experience in operation or maintenance of ICS environments. Strong understanding of ICT preventative security measures e.g. Anti virus, Patch management environments. Knowledge of different C&A and ICS applications, SCADA technology, infrastructure architectures, platforms, development challenges and their control configurations. A minimum of 4 years in IT infrastructure planning and management A minimum of 4 years experience in a role involving on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring A minimum of 4 years experience in Project Management or deployment of major infrastructure projects and team management experience Professional certifications desired: ISA62443, MCSE, CCEA
