الوصف الوظيفي

• Promotion of safe working practices andenvironmentalawareness in all aspects attributed to the power stationoperation. Tocomply with all Daleel company QHSE policies and promotethese policiesto all.
• To comply with company QHSE rules, standards, Policies and Procedures.
• To support QHSE Programs.
• Understand the hazards associated with the task involvedandimplement controls in consultation with supervisors.
• Maintain and administer all standards required forthecontinued safe operation of plant and equipment and the safeworkingenvironment of all personnel.
• Support in continually improving safety trainings inthefield
• Participate in all aspects of process hazardidentificationand improvement (HAZOP) and help implement the necessaryactions tocorrect them.
• Perform stand in Power Station supervisory functionswhenrequired
• Carry out daily routine observations on all powerstationplant and equipment
• Provide hands on technical expertise and interventionsforgas turbine operation/other related equipment and control systems
• Provide knowledge and support to the maintenance team forallgas turbine related activities.
• Provide hands on support and technical expertise duringallpreventative maintenance outages of the gas turbine fleet.
• Support all aspects of gas turbine preventativemaintenanceschedules with individual job description, task lists anddocumentationrequired to implement such tasks.
• Support engineering in projects related to the bettermentandimprovement of Power Station operation.
• Investigate and help promote credible cost reductionschemesfor the Power Station operation and maintenance programs.
• Communicate and offer technical knowledge and supportwithother departments for the betterment of the company. 
• Undertake the training of Omani nationals as directedbyDaleel Company.
• Help maintain continuous production in the field thoughbymaintaining the disciplined approach to Power Station operation and maintenance.
• Provide alternative forms of cost saving by investigationoflogistics and suppliers.
• Ensure a strict policy of safety awareness is maintainedatall times
• Comply with company QHSE policies rigidly
• Contribute and participate in all company QHSE programsandpromote vigorously.
•  Liaise and assist in identifying front line sparepartsnecessary for continuous operation.
• Undertake the training and development of Daleelemployeesassigned to the power operation.
• Assist and support in administering company HSE policy and requirements.
• Provide supervisory support in the creationandadministration of hot and cold work permits associated with the power station.

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• Electrical/Mechanical engineering diploma
• Gas Turbine OEM certified commissioning personnel
Minimum Work experience:
• At least 15 years’ field commissioning experience with Gas Turbine OEM
• Gas Turbine PLC control and operation
• Knowledge of power generation operation and control
