Manage Non-Operating assets and/or Joint Venture asset for both exploration and production phases of upstream operations. Address various efficiencies and cost challenges encountered during the various phases of the asset - whether as a non-operating exploration (non-producing) asset and/or as a joint partner in a producing asset. Responsible for implementation of project management approach with a focus on the effective use of capital in exploration and production is necessary. This requires the asset manager to co-ordinate activities across various departments within OOCEP to develop a clear technical and commercial basis for planning, analysis and development of the asset. To be a multi-functional indirect leader, tasked with the responsibilities of directing and managing the exploration and production of current and future assets in the most cost effective manner. Review Work Program and Budget with the appropriate functional department and present comments to OOCEP management operators/partners and MOG. To ensure management of asset is in line with: a. Agreements (Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) and Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) b. Project proposals and developments are robust and meet economic screening criteria c. Adherence to Work Program and Budget and that cash calls are within budget. d. Business performance targets Analyse and evaluate cost-effectiveness of assets to ensure value-added to the OOCEP without compromising the long-term integrity of the operator. Initiate and coordinate with appropriate departments to conduct business improvement reviews such as asset operation life cycle economic analyses. Review annual and revised budgets of operators and provide written summaries of analyses to OOCEP management prior to approval by Joint Operating/Management Committees. Prepare, in collaboration with appropriate departments, alternative development strategies to take account of market changes and disruptions encountered or anticipated. Review with and obtain OOCEP concurrence on any deviations from the originally approved and/or any remedial measures proposed by operator prior to attending any meetings with partners. Provide cost effective and performance enhancing solutions to aid asset development decision-making. Challenge and manage expenses on upstream exploration and development investments and, together with the operator, ensure that the value of the asset to stakeholders is not compromised. Discuss with appropriate members of operator team and partners, where necessary, with industry experts and decision makers to leverage risks and receive the highest returns on investments. Facilitate Knowledge sharing/transfer between operators and OOCEP. Understand full uncertainty spectrum of the value chain. Timely resolution of any issues arising from the operator without jeopardizing the overall operations of the assets. Provide support to the operator on as and when required basis to ensure minimum disturbance to the operations. Influence and work with operating partners to improve and sustain business and HSE performance.

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geoscience or Engineering Discipline. Minimum 10 years of company experience in exploration domain with at least 3 years of international working experience. Working knowledge of several Exploration &' Production disciplines including, technical, financial, commercial and legal of the oil and gas business. Good understanding of planning and executing projects in the business. Ability to identify, analyse and resolve complex technical problems. Ability to communicate complex issues to management and stakeholders.Good interpersonal and team-working skills. Fluent written and spoken English
