What does this job opportunity offer? As a member of PDO team you will be responsible for Contributing to concept selection of new projects Creating designs for new facilities Selecting and supervising contractors Supervising facilities construction Ensuring safe, reliable and environmentally responsible practices Budget planning and contract negotiation Contributing to concept selection of new projects Creating designs for new facilities Selecting and supervising contractors Supervising facilities construction Ensuring safe, reliable and environmentally responsible practices Operating and providing support to production plants Maintaining oil and gas facilities Ensuring the technical integrity of production plants Commissioning new installations Analyzing facilities operating data Handling process control and optimization Managing wells production Budget planning and contract negotiation Experience/Qualifications required: 1-Omani nationals only. 2. The candidate should have less than three years of overall work experience at the application date. 3. The applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative CGPA of 2.50 and above (NO rounded up) or Second Class Lower division (2:2) and above (NO rounded up) as per the British system or its equivalent, where priority will be given to those of higher CGPA in one of the following majors: Materials Engineering. Mechanical Engineering. Welding Engineering. Chemical Engineering. Process Engineering. Chemical and process engineering. Electrical Engineering. Civil Engineering. Instrumentation. Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Telecommunication. Mechatronics Engineering. Computer Science Engineering. Operations / Maintenance Engineering Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering Control and Automation Engineering. Electrical Power Systems/Engineer. Environmental Engineering. Environmental Science. Hydrogeology. Geology. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
