الوصف الوظيفي

Administration of Safety, Security and Environment;
Supervise / Validate invoice back-up documents relating to the area;
Meals Menu review and validation;
Receive complaints and resolve problems;
Review of caloric content of meals;
Coordinate special events and meals;
Prepare and submit performance reports;
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures;
Control of inventories, quality and quantities;
Risk Identification in all soft services and reporting;
Control of HACCP processes within all operational kitchens;
Monitoring of F&B preparations on campsites;
Comply with all health and safety regulations;
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required;
Quality control on works performed by FM contractor;
Ensuring adherence to site standards, Oman Ministry of Health Standards and World Food Program (WFP) ones;
Compile and record all camp related complaint/concerns and discuss to resolve with camp manager;
Oversight on FM contractor bed management and identify any critical requirement;
Oversight laundry operation of KCC & KRC;
Oversight indoor and outdoor infrastructure hygiene and cleanliness;
Validation on all camp related tests (water & food) ensuring FM contractor adhere to their contract obligation.

المهارات المطلوبة

University Degree in hospitality management or Culinary studies or any relevant degree
Must be an Omani national
7 years minimum technical experience in camps management and hospitality
Proven food and beverage management experience;
Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices;
Good experience in oversight and Contractors management.
Working knowledge of MS Office, with skills to learn other programs;
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
Communication and leadership skills;
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;Guest-oriented and service-minded.
