الوصف الوظيفي

Support Infrastructure TL to deploy/ operate Road & Pads strategies efficiently and safely.
Regional Road & Pads focal point for planning and execution of activities.
Ensure that personnel involved in Road & Pads operations have requisite training, experience and competence level relative to the equipment.
Ensure Human Rights principles and norms are protected as legal rights, municipal and international law.
Ensures adoption and conformance of the strategy, tools, standards, processes and practices for Road & Pads and drives understanding and compliance with standardized practices to ensure LMS conformance.
Supports timely reporting and analysis of standardized performance indicators and recommends performance improvement steps to achieve safe, reliable and compliant operations.
Contractor management and oversight to deliver the contractual requirements – ensuring contractors deliver the contract promise.
Ensures compliance and tracking of Road & Pads risks and register.
Drives infrastructure risk identification, management and reduction through the risk management process, barriers assurance and conformance.
Manages suppliers and contractors to perform as per contractual requirements.
Connects with Structural & Civil Engineer in the Maintenance & Engineering IM team to define solutions which are more suitable for the longer term.

المهارات المطلوبة

Degree or Technical qualification in technical field e.g. Civil Engineering
Only open for Omani nationals
Minimum 6 years relevant experience
Demonstrated experience managing and leading Roads, Pads or Construction.
Experience in working with and managing contractors
Good knowledge of Control of Work, Permit to Work systems;
Experience in operations and Maintenance Systems
Demonstrable commitment to high HSE standards;
