الوصف الوظيفي

• Perform the tasks as required by the Operation support at office
• Prepare periodic operational reports and summaries for management as needed.
• Monitor the daily chemical usage / Monitor the crude properties and make recommendations (Export quality crude /No scale).
• To obtain process and utility unit samples in conformance with Company, HSE and International Standards and practices.
• Laboratory analyses procedures and dedicated laboratory equipment have been specifically provided for the analyses to be undertaken on Sulferox process streams.
• Assist in tracking the Key Performance Indicators of Production Operations Team
• PR process and understand the processes & requirements for ordering, purchasing, and tendering for equipment and services required for Production Operations
• Perform task through ERP-AX system
• Monitor the daily diesel consumptions, prepare weekly and monthly reports and issuing call-offs
• Responsible for MOC processing.
• Tracks and reports chemical injection and ensure optimum injection of chemicals.
• International experience
o Managing and respecting multicultural workforce
o Working with a work force with various levels of industry & professional standards

المهارات المطلوبة

• Diploma with 3 years experience
• Or BS degree (MS preferred) in petroleum with Minimum of one year experience in oil and gas industry
• Good Experience in ERP-AX system
• Able to support and interact with production operations proactively
• Able to work in a team so as to be responsible for taking on and carrying out instructions and work assignments
• Require minimal supervision when undertaking laboratory tasks and activities
• Able to work with and support engineers, senior technicians, HSE personnel, production operations staff and 3rd party contractors
• Committed to implementing and improving HSE guidelines and policies
• Familiar with laboratory operations safety requirements
• Able to learn and follow safe operating procedures
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English
• Must be HES conscious
• Computer literate in Microsoft products: excel, word, PowerPoint
