الوصف الوظيفي

• Provide proactive project leadership role to promote best practices for project services and assist Project Manager in overall successful management and achievement of project objectives.
• Ensure required resources and effective processes are in place to execute the project control plans.
• Produces the project cost and progress reports per Procedure.
• Advises Projects Manager of schedule and cost trends, critical path changes, opportunities, conflicts and risks and recommends corrective action and follows up on recommendations.
• Develop and present project presentations and reporting at multiple organization levels.
• Ability to work with scheduler in reviewing and development of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Supervises the development and maintenance of all scheduling efforts, forecasts for cost and Participate and recommend new work processes (cost) to enhance the PC deliverables.
• Ensure that relevant cost management, scheduling, and risk procedures and reporting requirements are incorporated where appropriate on contractor’s scope of services.
• Report project cost to management as well as analyzing cost and schedule variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Compare committed and ACWP costs to actual, and develop forecasted values based on trends, or other information with respect to forecasting ETC and EAC.
• Review and reconcile invoices (from AP) with budgets, proper coding, accuracy, and proper supporting information (T&C) to pay invoices
• Implement and manage Change Order Process
• Provide guidance and management of cost, planning and scheduling, risk administration, fiscal integrity, change management, estimating, procurement, contract compliance and maximizing.
• Prepare project progress and cost reports highlighting areas of concerns, remedial actions if any in a timely manner.
• Maintain open communication with construction team, extend cordial relationship with governmental agencies and stakeholder
• Plan and develop an effective organization with particular emphasis to hire and train nationals.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years facilities and pipelines construction experience in upstream oil and gas sector.
• Must be a current member of a recognizable professional institution.
• Experience of managing PC on projects and leading a PC organization.
• Minimum 10 years functional experience in the areas of cost control, scheduling, estimating or project controls in the Midstream market.
• Exceptional analytical skills to effectively evaluate system performance, troubleshooting and mastery of continuous process improvement tool
• Broad background in project control of onshore upstream oil and gas EPC contract.
• Working experience of Planning (Primavera P3-P6) and Document Management System. Familiarity with CCED Control procedures is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work with a multi-disciplined/multi culture team and possess clear oral and written communication skills.
