الوصف الوظيفي

&bull'Direct and follow up the rotating machinery repair and maintenance activities for all categories of rotating machinery. &bull'Provide specialist technical support to site maintenance team pertaining to the rotating machinery in the field. &bull'Lead the maintenance team to carry out the maintenance on all rotating equipment machinery &bull'Participate actively in the Maintenance Optimization program using Reliability Central Management (RCM) &bull'Review and provide input to Maintenance Budget and Plans &bull'Support the project teams in the selection and specification of Rotating Equipment and new installations &bull'Support maintenance team in resolution of machinery related problems &bull'Troubleshoot machinery problems' support with root cause analysis and recommend solutions and mitigation measures &bull'Support implementation of condition monitoring systems &bull'Establish and maintain comprehensive and updated machinery and maintenance records &bull'Prepare component repair procedures as applicable in line with best practices &bull'Prepare equipment overhaul plans &bull'Liaise with vendors, specializes as required to improve machinery reliability &bull'Participate in preparations of operating, five years and long term business plans related to machinery including equipment long term replacement plans and obsolescence management &bull'Perform regular health check and audits of major machinery packages including vibration surveys, performance testing, etc. &bull'Prioritize and expedite identified weak links mitigation action plan &bull'Contribute to major machinery maintenance strategies review and update &bull'Participate in HAZOPs, technical reviews, Risk Assessments and safety audits, as required &bull'Record all opportunity based jobs' prepare shutdown work orders and expedite accordingly &bull'Prepare equipment history periodic reports as required &bull'Maintain Rotating Equipment Running Hours register / KPls &bull'Mentor and develop young technicians &bull'Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work &bull'Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. &bull'Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs. &bull'Stand-by / on-call duties when required' and &bull'Any other related tasks that you are asked to do.

المهارات المطلوبة

&bull'Minimum BSc in Mechanical Engineering &bull'Minimum of 8 years' experience of plant rotating machinery maintenance with demonstrable experience of leading rotating equipment overhauls and modifications / upgrade projects &bull'Minimum 5 years' previous OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and FSR (Field Services Representative) experience, preferably with SOLAR &bull'Working knowledge of relevant International Codes and Standards &bull'Good troubleshooting &' analytical capabilities &bull'Good team working &' Communication skills - spoken and written English &bull'Self-motivated, receptive to change and capable of working effectively within a team environment &bull'Be able to add value by being innovative and challenging existing systems &bull'Ability to work in a diverse culture
