What does this opportunity offer? PDO offers training opportunities through its Technician Omanisation Programme (TOP) where successful Candidates will be trained as Instrument Technicians or Production Operators. The training programme runs for up to 34 months Normal TOP and consists of: TOP Standard: 4 months Technical classroom training at PDO's Mina Al Fahal, Learning & Development Centre. TOP Standard: 30 months On-the-job training (OJT) at the Company's interior Locations focusing on TOP standards. Completion of the training and successful passing of the technical examinations at the required competence Levels will lead to full-time employment with PDO.

Who can apply? 1. Omani national only. 2. Diploma graduates of 2019 & 2020. 3. College Technical Diploma or Advance Diploma holders with a minimum cumulative CGPA of 2.70 and above where priority will be given to those of higher CGPA in the following majors: Chemical Engineering. Process Engineering. Process Operations / Maintenance Engineering Chemical and process engineering. Oil & Gas Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Control & Automation Engineering Instrumentation. Electronics and communication Electrical and Electronic Engineering. 5. Candidates should not be older than 27 years of age on the date of application. Attachments, which are mandatory to be uploaded with your application: Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) Final full approved and completed diploma academic transcript. Diploma certificate if available. Completion letter for those who haven't graduated yet (Efada). Omani National ID (both side) Manpower/NEC registration card/letter. Please ensure to include all the above mentioned mandatory attachments with your application. Applications without the mandatory required attachments will not be considered.
