Provide data management consultancy and lead work effort in the defining, implementing and maintaining the data architecture strategy and roadmap.

Bacholor Degree in Computer Science with 7+ years experience in IM&T, of which 3 years must be in a senior consultant position role within a small to mid-sized corporate environment. Solid, demonstrated skill of data management (DM) architectural principles and practices (e.g., data typing and landscaping, data modelling, de-/normalisation, use of ETL toolset). Track record in project management, change management and contract management within data management projects. Sound understanding of Information Management (IM) architectural principles and practices, principles and technical environment, including applicable technologies. Functional understanding of Information Management life-cycle, processes, best practices and standards Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and build trust at all levels of the organisation. Experience in E&P business disciplines and processes. Goal oriented and customer focused.
