The Technical Trainer gathers and analyzes information to determine learning needs. Designs the appropriate delivery approach to cover the development gaps. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned. Evaluates training programs and materials as well as trainee performance.

The Technical Trainer responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Plan & Deliver different learning programs and solutions based on your technical core skills se such as classrooms sessions, mentoring and etc.
• Prepare necessary training material/handouts, presentation as required.
• Participate in designing technical learning programs, developing technical learning materials and enhancing the existing technical learning programs.
• Conduct and report technical assessments.
• Participate in designing, developing & enhancing competency assessment & technical learning evaluation packages.
• Recommend and provide technical support and learning solutions to different areas of the institution, across a variety of delegate seniority.
• Enhance and modify the training facilities, by analyzing and recommending existing and new technologies/ training methods.
• Maintain/update all classroom/OJT training record & KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator).
• Provide advice and guidance on all trade related HSE matters and ensure compliance.
• Interface with Training Coordinators to ensure problem areas have workable solutions.
• Work with other trainers and field personnel in a diverse cultural environment and remote location to provide timely delivery of training initiatives.
