الوصف الوظيفي

To manage proper mobilization of new joiners efficiently and on timely manner. Ensure employment contract for new arrivals and renewal/extension are completed and countersigned by staff without any due delay.

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant working experience Effective interpersonal skills and Ability to deal with staff of all levels as well as internal/external Stakeholders with concideration to the cultural differences. Communication skills to communicate across functions, Stakeholders, provide informations, and manage documentation Fluent in Arabic and English languages with good oral and written communication skills Attention to details to ensure documents are properly end-to-end handled, filed, and maintained. Time management skills to work with individuals from many departments on a variety of tasks Document security to follow best practices for document and file security for both paper and digital documents Service oriented attitude Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office wears, SAP is an advantage. Effective interpersonal skills and Ability to deal with staff of all levels and external candidates. Good communication skills written and spoken Arabic and English Service oriented attitude.
