Provide global best practices in systems installation, configuration, operation, support and maintenance of IM&T infrastructure.

BSc in Computing, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years experience in systems engineering, configuration, operations & maintenance. A minimum of 2 years experience in infrastructure planning and management, change management, networking, Data Storage and IT security (including Shell Trust Domain). Knowledgeable in Project management and Training skills, with coaching / mentoring capabilities. Expert knowledge of Windows / UNIX / Linux based operating systems & applications. Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, high level of customer orientation. Customer focus and mindset to deliver quality and pro-active service. Broad IT knowledge of evolving technologies & architectures. A good understanding of telecom and computing fundamentals and related maintenance practices.
