الوصف الوظيفي

To support the Enterprise deployment of Knowledge Management, focusing on the Governance, Functional Stakeholder management aligned to the KM Code of Practice CP-201, focusing on people, process, content and learning. The role will provide subject matter expertise and support the Enterprise KM Programme Lead with the Enterprise deployment of KM on a managed phased basis and implement the PDO KM Framework. To act as a experienced KM `catalyst` and help to spear head KM transformation in PDO with a consistent Enterprise KM approach

University Degree with ideally Masters in a business or process improvement disicpline A minium of 10 years proven Knowledge Management experience ideally within the Oil and Gas sector. Certified Knowledge Managfer Certification ( CKM) achieved with the KM Institute; Experience required in the following areas; Experience as a Knowledge Manager working with diverse and complex business challenges; Thorough understanding in the fundamentals of KM, including KM Strategy, Mapping, Processes, KM transfer methods and communities of practices; Experience in leading change and cultural transformation projects for business benefits;
