الوصف الوظيفي

Responsible for the managing the Enterprise KM change management and communication efforts advising and working with the Functions, and acting very much as the Enterprise KM Change or transformation `catalyst`. Reports to the Enterprise KM Programme lead and works closely with the Enterprise KM Specialist. In addition the reporting on KM management performance and metrics will be important with KM progress, together with training and skills transfer.

University Degree and ideally Masters in a business or process improvement disicpline A minium of 10 years proven Knowledge Management experience ideally within the Oil and Gas sector. Ideal but not essentinal. Experience required in the following areas; Experience as a Change, Communications or Knowledge Manager working with diverse and complex business challenges, Thorough understanding of communications, promotion, change/ transformation management linked to continuous performance improvement; Thorough understanding in the fundamentals of KM, including KM Strategy, Mapping, Processes, KM transfer methods and communities of practices Experience in leading change and cultural transformation within project management environments
