الوصف الوظيفي

External Learning Advisor is part of the External Learning and Development organisation and set up to support various effort to promote PDO's commitment to invest in the Human Capital Development as part of the company's vision to create wider value to Oman and the Stakeholders. The incumbent shall support the external Learning and Development Manager on several fronts to: a) Support the Establishment of the Fundamental Development Programme jointly with Oil and Gas operators and other organization countrywide and in liaison with PDO Graduate Programme Team. b) Provide virtual support to coordinate the Fundamental Development Programme in liaison with the central tracking team and in liaison with PDO graduate Development Programme team. c) Work with respective CFDH/Technical Authorities to establish the external training programmes. d) Maintain data base of the future jobs demand

Understanding of Oil and Gas business and Learning are an advantage BA in business administration or equivalents with minimum of 3 years experience in the field of learning.
