الوصف الوظيفي

• Acting as focal point of communication between project teams / CH and ICV Department in order to ensure that ICV is considered most appropriately in all CP acquisition activities
• Being the ambassador for ‘Engineering in ‘In Country value at every opportunity
• Supporting project teams in identifying ICV opportunities, individual contract strategy, suitable tenderers and compilation of tender list, ICV requirements within ITT and Technical Evaluation Module (TEM)criteria. 
• Formally participate in all CP processes to ensure that requirements of the OLNG ICV Policy are followed upon.
• Participate in CP process following OLNG Tender Procedures, Contract Board Procedure and internal approval processes.
• Sharing with the ICV Team any improvement opportunities identified during engagements with CP and technical departments i.e. to introduce a new company that is technically capable of providing a good or service, but are not presently prequalified by OLNG
• Maintain HSE as first priority through compliance to OLNG house rule, OLNG HSE golden rules and OLNG LSR (lifesaving rules).
• Create and maintain ICV team performance measurement dashboard/business plan KPIs to monitor the progress of the plan and identify any under-performing areas that require intervention.
• Create reporting templates and then Collect, Check and publish ICV performance periodic reports and updates to various stakeholders in order to reflect ICV achievements and progress.
• Conduct informal ICV audits of major contractors along with the Contract Holder, and Achilles validation engineer in order to measure and ensure ICV targets, development plans and obligations are being fulfilled.
• Prepare feedback on lessons learned and propose/recommend changes that would lead to and ensure continuous ICV performance improvement across OLNG and where applicable share any such lessons learned with the CP managers ICV Forum.
• Participate in contract performance review meetings in order to check and evaluate, and if necessary challenge, progress towards ICV set targets according to the commitments made by the Contractor/supplier
• Carry out physical audits or validation of vendor ICV plans when/as required to ensure vendors compliance with ICV plans.
• Work as ICV focal point for all ICV reporting tools, systems and procedures.
• Develop and maintain ICV monitoring and reporting procedure to ensure a consistent approach to ICV monitoring and reporting is maintained.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, information system management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in CP/Business Improvement roles.
