To develop and implement robust Workshop Quality Management System and inspection Standards for rotating and static equipments.

Bachelor degree in an Engineering Discipline and a a minimum of 4 to 7 years experience in QA/QC and NDT inspection of which a significant portion has been spent in a repair workshop. Has an in-depth knowledge of equipment repair procedures and practices, including relevant International Standards. Fully computer literate (particularly in SAP & Microsoft Office), good communicator and organizer. Self-motivated with excellent supervisory & team leadership skills. Good knowledge and understanding of the Oil/Gas process & systems. Should be aware of HSE and process safety requirements. Level 1 and 2 NDT certification with experience in Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspection preferred. Previous experience working in Quality Control, Quality Management job/role. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with multi-national team, coach and mentor other.
