الوصف الوظيفي

To provide professional and experienced support to the Ethics and Behaviors Officer in conducting investigations, investigative analysis, fraud risk assessments, surprise fraud risk and assurance reviews as well as ABC, and COI related training. The incumbent should ideally also be proficient in trend analysis and fraud awareness programs.

University degree in Legal/Audit/Forensic or equivalent Minimum 7 years investigative and/or business risk services experience in an investigative/internal audit/legal department of a Commercial Enterprise, a Public Entity or of an accounting firm. An advantage would be experience in some of the following fields: Managing Blow the whistle system Managing Conflict of Interest on organizational level Fraud awareness, prevention and detection (ability to perform surprise audits and test controls based on trends and prior findings) Fraud Risk Assessments and Process Mapping (Good general knowledge of risk assessments, and be able to map procedures based on general practice versus actual procedures) Good knowledge and fair experience in disciplinary procedures and case preparation for disciplinary and other litigation requirements Report writing Internal Investigations, ability to advise users regarding ethics, behaviors, and general compliance matters, etc. Handling the Due Diligence toll and work with the relevant C&P team on best way to achieve the objective of the toll.
