Provide global best practices in systems installation, configuration, operation, support and maintenance of IM&T infrastructure.

BSc in Computing, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent.
A minimum of 7 years experience in systems engineering, configuration, operations & maintenance.
A minimum of 2 years experience in infrastructure planning and management, change management, networking, Data Storage and IT security
Deep expertise in back-up recovery products/solutions required from Dell EMC Portfolio (Data Domain, Avamar, Networker) and reporting tool (Data Protection Advisor).
Experience with EMC Networker configuration, administration, and management
Experience with EMC Avamar configuration, administration, and management
Experience with EMC Data Domain configuration, administration, and management
Experience in backup/recovery/replication for clients: NetApp NDMP, VMWare, O/S i.e. Windows (cluster), RedHat Linux, UNIX/AIX, SAP BR tool, databases i.e. MS SQL (cluster) / Oracle RMAN, and Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint farm
Knowledge of IBM tape library, disk technologies and backup methodologies
Working knowledge on systems including Storage, Networking, Windows, Unix (AIX), Linux, VMware bases systems & Databases (SQL & Oracle)
Knowledgeable in Project management and Training skills, with coaching / mentoring capabilities.
Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, high level of customer orientation.
Customer focus and mindset to deliver quality and pro-active service.
Broad IT knowledge of evolving technologies & architectures.
Good understanding of telecom and computing fundamentals and related maintenance practices.
