الوصف الوظيفي

The Chief Operations Officer will be a key member of the
Leadership Team and the clear number two to the
Managing Director. The role will have accountability for
the key operational functions of:
• Operations
• Well Delivery
• Logistics
• Engineering
• Project Management
• Security

• Focus on operations ensuring the safe operation and
efficient delivery of production across CCED’s facilities.

• Delivery of demonstrable integrity and high uptime through
excellence in maintenance activities.

• Safe delivery of the drilling, workover and well intervention
program on time and on budget such that exploration,
appraisal and development activities are completed
effectively.

• Comprehensive logistical support enabling efficient delivery
of all operational activities.

• Fit for purpose engineering designs allowing cost effective
solutions for new build facilities, brown field upgrades and
engineering change proposals that have demonstrable
integrity combined with efficient operability.

• Project execution excellence through the development of
highly competent project management driving safe delivery
of project construction on time and on budget.

• 25+ years of experience in the upstream oil
and gas sector.
• Senior Role in Major Operator
• Leadership Role in Independent Operator
• Leadership of Operational Functions
• Ability to transform disparate groups into a
high performing team
• Track record of the delivery of operational
excellence in an organization
• Brownfield engineering and project delivery
experience
• Demonstrable success in the international
environment
• Value driven HSE leader
• Demonstrable ability to work across the
organization towards a common goal
• Known for a working style characterized by
strong listening skills and the ability to
articulate complex issues in an easy to
understand manner
• Strong and impactful with and approach that
influences others to move toward a common
goal
• Excellent communication skills
• An executive who asks the right questions,
identifies signs and trends of deviations to
plan, fosters a culture of seeking help with
challenges and intervenes and supports when
needed.
