الوصف الوظيفي

• Lead the Operations sub-function in region to instill Operating Discipline to deliver safe, reliable, compliant and efficient operations and manage overall Operational risk
• Manages a team of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success, including a continuous improvement culture, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.
• Accountable for delivering Upstream Control of Work Procedure compliance and for the operation elements of process safety.
• Leads the Area Planning table to deliver the right business outcome in line with the ADP and ensuring conformance to the activity planning process
• Execute Regional Operations AOP within their Area and manage Area-related Operations budgets for region
• Embed a continuous improvement culture through the framework of OMS and integrate OMS gaps and CI targets into the Area schedule with SPA accountabilities for Operations sub-function OMS FiRCP manangement.
• Adhere to an effective process for long term Installation stewardship
• Build & sustain Area organisational competence, capability and capacity to safely execute approved activity plan.
• Accountable for driving Area execution efficiency.
• Responsible for execution of Operations Self Verification protocols

المهارات المطلوبة

• STEM Degree qualification.
• The successful candidate will have extensive experience in oil and/or gas plant operations, with particular emphasis on safety and performance management.
• Recommends on people decisions including recruitment and internal deployment, and performance and potential ratings for G and below staff in regional team
• Decides if Area is safe to operate
• Decides on any delegation of Site Lifting Co-ordinator duties away from Site Authority (See BP Procedure 100572).
• Decides on planned downtime, production opportunities/risks as well as the integration of functional activities w/in Area 8Q plan promise and DoA
• Decides on Area 8Q plan approval and issues to escalate to RLT
• Decides whether to approve DATs presented to AOM Table within DoA
• Recommends & request deviations from GOO operating practices and procedures.
• Decides Area OMS conformance plans and annual OMS gap closure plans
• Recommends Regional/Entity CI plans (resource, activity set, priorities)
• Inputs into Regional Operations AOP and interfaces with GWO and GPO on integrated functional activities
• Performs informing workforce on key Area risks
