الوصف الوظيفي

Provide a vital link between HR and the assigned directorate through the provision of advice and support on all people matters and the interpretation of HR policies and procedures for managers and employees. The HR Business Partner is the focal point for performance management in the assigned line / function as well as partnering with the business stakeholders on all People related matters. The HR Business partner is a critical role in PDO as it is the front line HR representative liaising with business stakeholders and HR back office. The role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to combine strategic and operational HR on a daily basis and getting exposure to senior managers in PDO. The HR Business Partner team in PDO consists of 14 highly engaged HR professionals. Each HR Business Partner has HR responsibility for between 500-1200 employees depending on the directorate.

Bachelors Degree preferably in HR or Business Having Professional HR Certification or equivalent is an added advantage At least 7 years HR experience preferably as Business Partner from a large multi cultural organisation Specific HR experience required includes business partnering, employee relations, policy implementation, and recruitment. Excellent communication and presentation skills - oral and written. High energy and ability to deal with several issues simultaneously
