الوصف الوظيفي

The primary responsibility of job will be: FDP implementation / field development (well pick, well proposal, post implantation review) Construct / maintain dynamic simulation models as required to support FDP implementation, understanding of field performance and identifying new opportunities to bridge RF gap to TQ. Maintain lifecycle hydrocarbon maturation strategy and plan for future development that include identification and maturation of CR opportunities, Reserves estimation and reporting (ARPR) Provide input to annual programme build; update/ propose projects for your respective fields that includes production forecast (oil/water/gas), wells, capex including engagement with management / shareholders for approval / support. Work with WRM team to maximize recovery from recovery mechanism for your field(s) and also provide input reservoir management strategy Liaise with Field Development centre for studies related to your fields. Mentoring & coaching junior engineers / graduates This will be done in accordance with PDO Corporate objectives, guidelines, and required behaviors, and consistent with HSE principles Dimensions Budget: None Subordinates: No subordinates, 30 team members Internal Interfaces: Development Planning Team Leader, DP Team, WRM Team, New Oil Team, Reservoir Engineers in PDO, Cluster Leaders, Study Teams Reservoir Engineering Discipline Leader, Reservoir Engineering Department Head, Corporate Planning, Exporation, DP Process Forum External Interfaces: EPT, Reslab, Schlumberger, MOG, EPM

-University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent technical subject with a minimum of 10 years experience -Exceeds the JCP3 for RE discipline -Technically strong in RE field with good all around knowledge of other PE disciplines -Good leadership skills; experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams and is a strong team player -Experienced dynamic modeler and effective at utilizing the models for reservoir management -Effective communicator, ability to coach/mentor younger staff and ability to think beyond discipline.
