To promote materials coding in PDO and ensure on time creation and updation of material master data of an item to ensure seamless flow of contracting and procurement process.
To ensure that Material master data is exhaustive, accurately created, maintained and regularly reviewed to enable data driven decision by all users of Materials management team.
To create Materials Master dashboard review, and monitor data quality and manage the data improvement programme.
To liaise with other Master data custodians (Asset registers, Service masters, Contract Masters, Vendor Masters).
To support the Contract Holder for the outsource coding solution, and manage performance of Contractor.
To ensure materials master is kept up to date with quality data and free of duplication.
المهارات المطلوبة
تفاصيل الوظيفة الاخرى
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in handling data handling and managing suppliers/vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be detail oriented and should be able to multi-task and perform in-depth research.
Should be able to work well in dynamic situations using critical thinking and problem solving techniques.
Vendor service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers.
Competency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files).
Proficiency in SAP, SRM & E-String applications to understand the interface between data.
Should be able to articulate and quantify issues in a clear and efficient manner.
Should be able to tactically handle contractors (3rd Party), Vendors and Manufacturers.
