الوصف الوظيفي

The Objective of the MM Coach role is to improve the MM competency and capability of all stakeholders involved in the supply chain including Demand Management team, Buyers, Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, Scheduling and Maintenance Coordinators across PDO. Act as a change agent for improving the overall MM process and drive PDO Improvements.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Extensive (10+ years) leadership experience in Supply chain management, Maintenance, Procurement, Materials Management Subject Matter Expert in designing and implementing Supply Chains and materials management Coached others within and outside of CP by sharing insights and experiences in Contract management and can lecture the topic on training courses and workshops. Demonstrated passion for developing people and building capability Professional Coaching Certification and/or extensive short training Coaching Courses certificates is desirable Demonstrated experience in change management
