Demonstrate personal HSSE leadership and excellent HSE behaviours at all times, and ensure that safety expectations are communicated and maintained
Leads the BP Commissioning Organisation, managing a multi-discipline team of engineers, operations and technical personnel
Owns the overall Commissioning schedule, manpower and budget for GWES and CPF scopes
Part of the Khazzan Project Leadership Team
Leads the integration of BP Operations personnel within the Commissioning Organisation
Ensure any Khazzan Phase I lessons learned are implemented and any subsequent lessons learned are documented and recorded
Promote BP core values, safety, respect, excellence, courage and one team, throughout project delivery
Liaises with CPF EPCC Contractor’s Commissioning Manager on high level aspects of the CPF Commissioning Execution Scope
Supports the Commissioning discipline leads in the performance management of CPF EPC Contractor for the execution of their commissioning home office preparation and field execution scope.
Accountable for the delivery of BP CPF Commissioning Field Execution scope, delegating day-to-day management responsibility for activity to the discipline Leads
Oversees BP assurance activities in areas of commissioning scope execution, Control of Work / Permit to Work, workforce competency, etc.
Signs to endorse CPF subsystem Mechanical Completion following provisional acceptance by CPF EPCC Contractor’s Commissioning Manager
Approves any outstanding punchlist items and their categorisation at subsystem Mechanical Completion
Signs to endorse CPF System Handover to BP Operations prior to the introduction of hydrocarbons
Accountable for the delivery of commissioning scope for GWES contract scope
Signs to accept subsystem Mechanical Completion for GWES contracts
Approves any outstanding punchlist items and their categorisation at subsystem Mechanical Completion for GWES contracts
Signs as presenting authority for GWES System Handover to BP Operations
المهارات المطلوبة
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
A high-level of communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of effectively interfacing and working together with Design / Construction Contractors and Operations entities.
Experience with HSSE issues related to site based Commissioning activities.
Deep understanding of BP Construction & Commissioning Defined Practices for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects and the latest international standards that assure integrity of build and construction quality.
