الوصف الوظيفي

The Project Engineer (Mechanical) will be responsible for supporting the implementation of specific projects related to Mechanical project in Mukhaizna.
 
The Project Engineer responsibilities include but not limited to: 
  • Manages project areas within approved budgets against agreed schedules and delivers in accordance with technical specifications. 
  • Compiles and obtains inter-departmental agreement to project basis of design and scope in conjunction with any external project customers.
  • Develops sections of the Project Execution Plan.
  • Develop, monitor and maintain an individual overall project schedule for all assigned projects.
  • Provides timely information to the Supervisor to enable adequate resources to be allocated to areas under their responsibility.
  • Facilitates timely and smooth workflow across project interfaces. 
  • Responsible for Project Charter approvals, Management of Change, commercial and technical reporting and Process Risk Management requirements are addressed as integral elements of the project scope.
  • Responsible for monthly Value of Work Done and Outlook for the assigned projects.
  • Responsible for delivering engineering and material for the assigned projects in time for construction
  • Responsible for preparation of PRM documentation as per procedures and policies.
  • Actively promotes & contributes to the Facilities dept. HES Improvement Plan.
  • Regular visits to the field to review the project status, discuss the project scope and status with other customers
  • Close out of the project after completion and handover.

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project engineer in Mechanical field including 3 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical or Power industry.
  • Client management experience of engineering consultants, vendors and construction contractors with a demonstrated track record of controlling scope, schedule and cost growth.
  • Experience in executing brown field projects.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Good PC Skills.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
