الوصف الوظيفي
• Maintain projects records by keeping scanned copies and filing documents of call offs, invoices & backups.
• Maintain databases by updating the contracts/invoices log files.
• Allocate Cost Coding of call offs/invoices prior the review and approval stage.
• Assist in ensuring that the cost re-allocations from the support departments are matching with the backup supporting documents.
• Ensure prior to the review & approval stage That all the required support documents of the submitted invoices are in place.
• Distribute invoices to end user for initial review and approval of the claimed value against the VOWD.
• Ensure the processed invoices are returned to finance department by transmittals and to keep status log of invoices updated.
المهارات المطلوبة
• Diploma or higher in (science, commerce or engineering)
• 2-5 Years’ experience, preferred in Oil & Gas.
• Well organized
• Attention to detail.
• Good level of computer literacy with Microsoft applications such as excel, words, PowerPoint & AX dynamic.
• Problem solving skills.
• Fluency in English Language (reading & writing).
• Good analytical skills.
