. Responsible of accurate financial preparation, closing and reporting for all Joint Venture Non-Operating Assets. . Ensure designated Non-Operating assets books are closed on time based on IFRS & IAS to meet the monthly, quarterly & annually closing due date. . Provide financial details per asset on economics, DD&A, abandonment provisions, and Impairment tests for financial management, and statutory audit, as well as for strategic decision making. . Deal with assets Operators to review & assess their performance & highlight issues to asset managers on regular basis. . Co-operate with economic team in matters such as decommission cost, cost recovery & impairment. . Monitor and manage annual (asset) budgets, and periodic management reports, including forecasting of financial results/cash flows on an asset by asset basis, aggregated and consolidated basis. . Adherence to IFRS accounting standards in all planning and actual matters. . Liaise regularly with Operators and Joint Venture Partners. . Reconciliation of JV TBs with JIB quarterly . Liaise with External & Internal Audit regarding Non-Operating assets. . Reports to OOC regarding GDP & Local purchase (ICV) . Help in year-end closing and preparation of the financial statements. . Provide support to finance Management in Joint Ventures Committees . Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the Finance & Accounting manager. . Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work . Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. . Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs.
المهارات المطلوبة
. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. Preferably additional qualification ACCA/CIMA/CPA/M.sc Finance . 6 years' of relevant work experience, of which 3 years' in upstream oil & gas, preferably in Operator and Non-operator roles . Very good communication skills in English & Arabic
