الوصف الوظيفي

• Coordinate all Well Clean outs, stimulation, Chemical water shutoff and N2 lifting jobs.
• Ensure CTU contractor QHSE management system adherence. Enforce effective control on both technical work and QHSE. Process Invoices for related activities when applicable. Work to improve Daleel acid stimulation practices.
• Estimated well intervention activities from 250 jobs to 300 jobs per year. Work closely in daily basis with Well Engineering to ensure planned jobs are executed effectively and delivered on time.
• Follow-up execution of average of 10 jobs/year on Chemical & mechanical WSO technology. Support asset PT in selecting candidates and coordinate their operations. Responsible on yearly plans.
• Coordinate rig less slick line flowing/static survey (~500 jobs per year).
• Coordinate rig less logging activities for both Memory & wireline. Involve on yearly logging plans of about 15 jobs per year & their executions through both Coiled Tubing & Wireline contracts.
• Support PT studies and new technology related to well intervention, such as acid fracturing, perforation & well enhancement at least 3 jobs per year.
• Follow up after action reviews for WSO and logging jobs together with asset teams. Ensure job tracking is up-to-date and recorded.
• Coordinate all CT related activities (~250-300 activities per year) and hoist activities (~200 per year) with E&D assets and their respective weekly plans. Ensure, to reduce, NPT & Deferment.
• Coordinate work over implementations and ensures that the programs are executed to the benefit of the Company when applicable.
• When needed, provide Technical inputs to tender preparations and tender evaluation in support of business planning. Reviews the technical inputs from contractor’s tender responses and assists in the identification technically suitable responses
• Participate in all the well intervention audit as and when called for.
• Participate in all HSE Programs as and when called for.

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering
Minimum Work experience:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Well intervention and associated PT activities
