Lead the Company’s contribution to the In Country Value in the following:
Development
• Manage the development of an ICV Management Strategy, Policy, System & Plan for the Company.
• Seek resources, promote and align in house efforts towards setting up and maintaining the ICV program.
• Seek, establish and maintain contacts and network with the stakeholders (including Ministry of Oil & Gas, OPAL and other operators) as part of ICV responsibilities.
• Seek and share best practices, market knowledge in the Oil & Gas community.
• As ICV head of portfolio, participate or assign company representation in the ICV committee whenever required, sub-committees, meetings, and events (internal and external) and facilitate the Company’s responses, recommendations, etc. when necessary
Execution
• Manage resources to achieve ICV targets as set out by the MOG chaired ICV Committee- includes PMO developed systems such as JSRS
• Manage setting up a system over all Company functions for ICV compliance- includes ICV progress, deviation and remedial methods
• Provide guidance for supporting initiatives to promote ICV development
• Advise on the process of screening for new ICV opportunities and analysis reports with recommendation to management for endorsement
• Develop knowledge and import the new industry ICV-centric terms and conditions as will be enforced by the Ministry of Oil Gas
• Develop the annual planning cycle; oversee execution and deliverables of the ICV initiatives in the Company
• Supervises the alignment of ICV related activities and information across the company
• Oversee the team’s maintenance of the monitoring and reporting process, and PMO Dashboard
المهارات المطلوبة
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Operations Management, Law, Economics and/or Engineering with at least Eight (8) Years of total experience; or Diploma degree with at least Twelve (12) Years of total experience.
• Qualified Professional with commercial skills, with at least 8 years relevant experience preferably in upstream oil/ gas and petrochemical industry.
