• Ensure compliance and follow company PSM , QHSE Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in all PSM & HSE Programs as and when called for.
• Ensure compliance of minimum required PSM & HSE courses for him and his staff.
• Comply with Daleel’s PTW and PSM system role and responsibilities and contribute to their effectiveness.
• Understand the hazards associated with the task involved and implement controls in consultation with team leads.
• Ensure that all Mechanical routine maintenance been Carry out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Supervise, coordinate and direct vendors during major equipment overhauls.
• Supervise, coordinate with monitoring and operating of Installation process and utilities equipment.
• Take an active role in safety improvement to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the Installation.
• Work with Operation planning to schedule work for Mechanical section on day to day basis.
• Ensure Completion of planned and corrective maintenance activities ( PM & CM) with proper failure / indings history, as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader and in line with the Maintenance and Integrity division plan.
• Evaluate daily Mechanical data to identify deviations and compile a list of opportunities.
• Respond and provide support on all Mechanical systems during power outages and / or otherwise assigned.
• Ensure that PM-Planned Maintenance and CM-Corrective Maintenance are executed during target dates and with set compliance targets and improving toward world best standards.
• Ensure that mechanical activities are executed with precision, quality and base on Maintenance Standard Procedures.
• Ensure that Reliability principle are used for continuous improvements, including optimizing maintenance plans.
• Ensure embedding the Culture of Best Maintenance Practice within his team and others of influence.
• Scheduling and Task management through Integrated planning.
• Ensure spare parts stock to be cost effective and optimize to assure part availability.
• Generate required Technical preliminary and final complete Reports on failure events.
• Comply with Daleel ESR requirement, Implement the requirement and Ensure that all your Mechanical team members or contractors who are working under your custodians trained and obtained the required authorization levels before resuming to work within Daleel facilities.
• Carries out various duties related to Mechanical facility and trouble shoots on Mechanical issues as well as able to perform planning /scheduling activities.
• Develop and executes training program for technician.
• Review potential improvements to new system.
• Strong working knowledge of a wide variety of oilfield Mechanical process equipment.
• Sufficient skills in utilizing software programs computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Able to read and interpret Mechanical schematics, drawings and technical manuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend design changes and perform failures investigation using tools like 5 whys, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in the repair and maintenance various types of oil field Mechanical equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Mechanical protection systems.
• Ensure competency PSM processes Risk Management, including Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA), MoC–Manage of Change, Asset Integrity, etc.
• Have soft skills competency such as computer software programs, such as Microsoft, reporting and presentation skills, contract management, positive feedback, report writing, etc.
• Ensure strong competency in Supervision and Staff management capacity as well as Supervisory skill in managing multiple tasks.
• Competent/good written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with the project Commissioning Team as well Client representatives.

Job Requirements
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Discipline with 8 years’ experience or Diploma with 12 years’ experience in Mechanical system related to oil and gas industry.
Minimum Work Experience:
• Hold recognized Authorized Mechanical Professional title with Certification
• Knowledge of best practices, codes, specification and standards in Mechanical system
