- To proactively contribute as senior engineer in the Process Control & Optimisation section to optimally support and advise the business units North, South and Gas in meeting the PDO production targets and growth aspiration, both in terms of project delivery as well as in performance optimisation of the integrated production system.

- A university degree (MSc, BSc or equivalent) in Process Control, Process Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control (complemented by chemical engineering basics), with minimum 10 years relevant process control experience in the Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical Industries.
- Highly developed mastery level skills in the process control discipline, with in-depth knowledge and experience in Baselayer process control, integrated compressor control, model-based predictive control, dynamic simulation and optimization, and real-time performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills in analysing and extracting the static and dynamic cause-effect behariours of typical oil & gas, refinery and/or petrochemical processes, and subsequently transforming the process design intent and operating requirements to reliable and efficient process control solutions.
- Strong abstract thinking and technical writing skills in line with LEAN to simiplify, standardize, and continuously improve the best practices of process control applications and work procedures.
- Established records in training and mentoring of junior engineers in process control, and also enigneers of other disciplines.
- Up-to-date knowledge on the state-of-the-art process control technology for operational intelligence, and be able to guide/advise on the future development for the process control section.
