Experienced Operations Geologist to translate well proposals into operational procedures, monitor wells while drilling, manage well deviations data, ensure functional standards and specifications are adhered to during well operations and report well results to New Oil/New Gas team leader.

External Interfaces: Drilling and other service companies

تفاصيل الوظيفة الاخرى
- University degree in Geology or equivalent. Minimum 7 years experience in production geology, of which at least 5 should be in Operations Geology
- Skilled in all aspects of operations geology; Well operational procedures, mud logging, liaison with well engineering, field engineering and operations teams, formation correlation, geo-steering, formation evaluation, emergency response and end-of-well reporting
- Skilled in leaning well designs and operations to drive well capex down
- Knowledge of reservoir geology and static modeling
- Knowledge of structural geology
- Knowledge of HC resource classification
- Good leadership & behavior skills; experience in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary teams; strong team player;
- Effective communicator, ability to coach / mentor younger staff and ability to think beyond geosciences discipline
