Carry-out (thematic) reservoir geological studies in carbonate formations. Conduct and provide consultancy with regard to high-end reservoir modeling. Dimensions Budget: None Subordinates: None Internal Interfaces: Study teams, Development Planning teams in Assets, Production Geology Discipline Head and Leads, Exploration teams, Learning and Development External Interfaces: Professional organisations, SQU, Shareholders, Coring contractors

- University degree in Geology or equivalent. Strong theoretical background in carbonate sedimentology with relevant experience level of 12 years or more in the oil/gas EP industry - Mastery in carbonate reservoir characterization and modeling, with good all-round knowledge of other PE disciplines. Worked in an integrated FDP team environment. Recognized Carbonate SME. - Skilled in use of full spectrum of stratigraphic data to construct stratigraphic framework correlation. - Skilled in the application of geophysical attributes to constrain reservoir modeling - Knowledge of 2D and 3D seismic interpretation (Petrel SI is recommendable) in integrated field development planning - Knowledge of structural geology - Knowledge of operations geology - Production Geology Technical Assurance - Good leadership & behavior skills; experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams; - Effective communicator and team player, ability to coach / mentor younger staff and ability to think beyond geosciences discipline. - Experienced in running fieldtrips
