Well integrity Assurance is a fundamental requirement throughout the lifecycle of all production and injection wells. PDO's Well Integrity objectives are establishing and maintaining integrity throughout the well lifecycle preventing the occurrence of HSE incidents, loss of containment, production loss while minimizing costly remedial activities. This position plays a major part in influencing and implementing change in the well integrity arena whilst also having responsibility for management and most importantly improvement of the well integrity status within an asset to deliver PDO objectives

University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent technical subject 10 Years base discipline experience required with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated in Well Integrity. A technical professional from either a well engineering, Operations or a production technology background. Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of well / completion / wellhead / XT design and skill in the management of these components through a dedicated WI Management system. Well-site exposure, Operations experience and knowledge a benefit. Experience of maintenance management techniques. Skill in the following areas would be an advantage eWIMS and WFM development, corrosion control and material selection techniques.
