The Rod Pumping contracting Lead is accountable for RP contracts management through CH's. (HSE, operation, ACV & cost, CI's, KPI's, QPR's, MTBC reviews, COR, claims and conflicts, VTC's, Saving, ICV,...)
The rod pumping contracting Lead is responsible about setting the RP contracts strategy, KPI's and OSORP contract business plan.
RP contracting lead is the direct team lead for 4 CH's, 2 CSE, and 1 CSR coach ( with +12 Subordinate) and he/she is fully responsible about Staff ADP's, career planning notes, staff reviews, staff appraisals.

University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent technical subject with +7 years' experience in oil& gas industry
Strong business planning & commercial knowledge to drive contracts strategy plans
Technically strong in artificial lift field with good all around knowledge of field operations.
Technically strong in petroleum engineering ( subsurface disciplines)
Strong leadership skills (Motivates coaches and develops), effectively leading CH's and Venders.
Effective communication skills with customer, stakeholders & contractors
Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve problems.
